Consistency beyond appearance
Batch display production should repeat more than a visual design. Shelf spacing, connections and product placement must work across the intended stores. Share the total quantity, the different store formats and whether a single size can serve them all. Reducing unnecessary variants makes the brief easier to manage.
Use a written sample checklist
Review external dimensions, packaging fit, label areas, colour and connection details separately. Test product removal and restocking. For a knock-down stand, also assess the assembly sequence. Make sure changes discussed during review are included in the latest drawing; conflicting drawings and samples create uncertainty before production.
Include packaging and distribution early
Shipping assembled or flat-packed changes parcel dimensions and the work required on site. One bulk delivery differs from deliveries to many stores. State package contents, fixings, assembly information and delivery sequence in the quotation scope. Allow time for the customer's sample review when discussing dates.
Maintain a single approved version
Collect the approved dimensions and images in one brief before production. Reassess quantity and schedule implications when requirements change.
